I build AI automations for businesses. Most of it is quiet work: enquiries filed into a CRM without anyone retyping them, follow-ups that go out on the day they were promised, a report that pulls itself together out of four systems every Monday morning.
The question that kept coming back was always the same one. "Can you teach me how to do this myself?"
The AI Automation Hub is my answer to it. None of this work is especially complicated once someone shows you the shape of it, but at the moment it mostly reaches the people who can afford to hire someone like me for a few months.
What is inside
The courses take one automation from nothing to running, so you finish with a workflow rather than a folder of notes. The templates are the n8n builds I use on client work, mostly around lead generation, onboarding and content. Then there are the live calls, which start as the courses go up, where you can stop me mid-build and ask why I did something a particular way, which is the part you cannot get from a video. And there is the forum, where people post what they are stuck on and I am still the one answering.
What interests me is narrower than the argument about AI replacing everybody. It is where AI earns money inside a business, and how to build that part so it still works on a bad day.
The three profit levers
Every automation I build has to move one of three numbers.
- More customers, through outreach and follow-up that keeps going while you are doing something else, so the pipeline does not go quiet in the week you get busy.
- More revenue per customer, through offers that respond to what someone has already bought and an experience that does not depend on a person remembering to send an email.
- Lower costs, by handing repetitive manual work to a system that runs overnight and is as careful on the four hundredth record as it was on the first.
If what you are building does not move one of those, it is a side project. That is fine as practice, but nobody pays for it. The AI Foundations course gives the three profit levers a lesson of their own.
Where to start
Whether you run a business and want your evenings back, you consult and want to add AI work to what you already sell, or you are moving into automation from another career, the first steps are the same. Join the community, take a template and open Start Here.
Post your intro when you get there and tell me what you are trying to automate. I answer those.
